How do I choose storage that fits my space?

Measure the available area first, then identify what you want to store and how often you use it. In small spaces, vertical, wall-mounted, stackable or hanging solutions can make better use of existing room. Useful dimensions and features are shown on each product page.

Are dimensions shown on product pages?

Yes. When dimensions are available for a product or variant, they are included in the description or product details. Always measure the available space before ordering storage designed for a cupboard, drawer or piece of furniture.

Delivery

Is delivery free?

Standard delivery is free in France from €65. Below this threshold, standard delivery is currently €7.99 and express delivery is €10.99. The charges that apply to your order are confirmed at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is estimated at 5 to 8 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Payment

Which payment methods are accepted?

The payment methods actually available for your order are displayed securely at checkout. If a payment method does not appear there, it is not available for that order.

Returns and withdrawal

Can I change my mind after an online purchase?

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have at least 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise it, subject to legal exceptions.

How do I exercise this right?

You can use the withdrawal page available from the legal information section or send a clear statement to contact@orgamania.com within the applicable period. No justification is required where the statutory right of withdrawal applies.

When should I return the product?

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the goods must generally be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal statement is sent.

Who pays return shipping?

The answer depends on the reason for the return, the information provided to the consumer and the applicable legal rules. Check our return policy or contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions for your situation.
